Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Run ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. What Run is

Run is a free macOS desktop application that helps you manage an AI team using Claude. All data — your workspace, agent files, tasks, and deliverables — is stored locally on your machine.

Run does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.

3. License

Run is free to download and use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute the app or its source code without written permission.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create using Run, for your use of Claude (governed by Anthropic's own terms), and for keeping your workspace backed up. Run does not back up your files.

5. No warranty

Run is provided "as is" with no guarantees of any kind — that it will work without errors, that it will meet your needs, or that it will be available indefinitely. Use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shay Shafranek is not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or any other damages arising from your use of Run.

7. Third-party services

Run works alongside Claude by Anthropic. Your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy. Run has no control over and takes no responsibility for Claude's behaviour.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
